Job Description:
The School of Management is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Management Information Systems (MIS) Lecturer to join our faculty. This role is primarily focused on excellence in the classroom, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between complex technological concepts and practical business applications. The MIS Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to both undergraduate and graduate students- focusing on foundational logic and systems, strategic implementation and emerging technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching Teach four courses per semester (4+4) across the academic year. This includes core MIS courses such as MIS 311- Information Systems & Application and
MGMT 500
- Management Information Systems, and specialized MIS electives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in management information systems or a related field. Minimum three years professional experience in information technology, systems management, or a related industry role. Record of teaching excellence at the collegiate level. Ability to work with and mentor students in extracurricular settings. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.Preferred Qualifications:
PhD in Management Information Systems or related field. Experience teaching large enrollment courses (125+ students). Experience teaching in an online or hybrid modality. Industry-recognized professional certification relevant to management information systems. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
