Adjunct Business Professor

Adjunct Business Instructor Plaza College, located in Forest Hills, New York, seeks a dynamic and student-focused Business Instructor to teach undergraduate courses in marketing, business planning, management, human resources, and entrepreneurship. This position is fully remote and requires teaching in both synchronous (live online) and asynchronous (online) formats. The successful candidate will combine academic expertise with practical business experience and demonstrate the ability to create engaging, interactive online learning experiences that prepare students for career success.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in business or related field required from an accredited institution Minimum of two years of teaching experience with demonstrated success in both synchronous and asynchronous online learning environments Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Canvas to facilitate engaging online instruction Strong written communication skills for providing timely feedback and support in an online environment. Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity applications such as Google Analytics Relevant professional business experience and ability to integrate real-world business applications, technology, and current industry trends into instruction. Entrepreneurial, managerial, or business leadership experience preferred Ability to build rapport with students and support diverse learners in an online setting Experience developing and revising curriculum in response to workforce and industry needs.
