Job Description

Description The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin is seeking applications for a part-time Professional Track (non-tenure track) faculty member to design and deliver graduate and undergraduate courses for the Rosenthal Department of Management. Needed courses may range from introductory to advanced areas of specialization in management theory and practice related to organizational behavior and leadership, strategic human resource management, business analytics, entrepreneurship and innovation, or strategic management. Areas of special interest include negotiation and conflict resolution, leading global teams, managing human capital and people analytics, foundations of strategic management, and related topics. //www.mccombs.utexas.edu/Departments/Management Qualifications A master's degree in relevant fields is customary, with preferred qualifications including a PhD degree, high-level corporate leadership experience, demonstrated excellence (or potential for excellence) in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, and strong communication skills.
