Qualifications Prior experience as a sports coach or instructor, preferably with youth or children in a physical activity setting. Demonstrated knowledge of baseball techniques and game rules. Excellent behavior management skills to promote discipline and respectful conduct during activities. Ability to adapt coaching methods for different age groups and skill levels.
