Job Description
Summary Of Job Duties The Graduate Assistant - Swimming will assist staff with practice and competition operations, team travel plans, and on campus recruitment of prospective student-athletes. The Graduate Assistant will also be responsible for assisting with administrative duties and Student-Athlete wellness. Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Earned bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution Enrollment or acceptance in a University of Arkansas graduate program Must be available to work evenings and weekendsPreferred Qualifications:
Collegiate swimming and diving experience as a Student-Athlete or coachKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent communication and computer (Microsoft Office) skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet established work deadline Additional Information Or Requirements Graduate students are subject to background checks.
