Competitive Gymnastics Team Coach

Located In Hot Springs Arkansas, Relocation Assistance Available for the right Candidate. Could be a Full-Time Team Director Position or Just Part Coaching Position, depending on candidate.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Developmental and Competitive Gymnastics Coach! Must have experience Coaching Gymnastics, or have a lot knowledge of gymnastics from doing Competitive Gymnastics in the past. Looking for the right person to help with our developmental program, getting our young athletes ready for competition, and coaching lower level competitive team.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct and lead gymnastics classes for various age groups and skill levels
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance gymnasts' skills
• Provide individualized feedback and support to each gymnast
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during training sessions
• Motivate and inspire gymnasts to reach their full potential

Experience:

• Experience coaching gymnastics
• Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and equipment
• Background in gymnastic coaching
• Ability to educate and guide individuals in skill development
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques
• Must be a Team Player, willing and wanting to help with any tasks and responsibilities that might arise HSG Philosophical Standards and Team Coaching Standards Please make sure that your ideas and standards are in alignment with the gym's and gym philosophy. Mission Statement
