This is a great opportunity for experienced recreational coaches looking to take the next step into the academy and competitive environment without the stress of heavy travel or year-round demands. Our Academy Program focuses on player development, technical growth, and creating a positive learning environment for young players. Coaches will work closely with the Academy Director and receive training support, session scripts, and ongoing guidance throughout the season. So yes, you do have support. We are not just tossing you a whistle and hoping for the best like it's a reality TV survival challenge. Responsibilities Lead training sessions 3 days per week for a U9/U10 7v7 Academy team Coach Saturday games at Burns Park Follow club training curriculum and session plans Create a positive and competitive learning environment Communicate professionally with parents and players Work alongside Academy Directors and staff for player development What We Provide Director oversight and mentoring Full training curriculum and practice scripts Team roster creation and scheduling handled by the club All coaching gear and player uniforms provided No overnight travel required Opportunity for advancement into competitive coaching roles Potential club support toward obtaining a U.S. Soccer Federation coaching license for the right candidate Qualifications Minimum 3 years of soccer coaching experience Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and passion for youth development Ability to work with young players in a structured environment Previous playing experience is a plus Schedule 3 training sessions per week Saturday games at Burns Park 12 week seasonal commitment If you are looking to grow as a coach, learn from experienced directors, and be part of one of the fastest-growing youth soccer environments in Arkansas, we would love to hear from you.
