Job Description
Job description: Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Coach Rockstars to join our team for an engaging and rewarding Summer camp and After School experience. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children. You will lead activities, provide guidance, and support the personal growth of campers while fostering a sense of community and teamwork. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of campers and students at all times during activities and events. Plan, organize, and lead various recreational activities, including arts and crafts, sports, games, field trips, and educational programs. Foster positive relationships with campers and students by providing mentorship and support. Communicate effectively with parents regarding camper and students progress and any concerns that may arise. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized camp facilities and vehicles. Collaborate with fellow coaches to create an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from all campers and students. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among campers. Skills Ideal candidates will possess a combination of the following skills: Early childhood education or related experience. Strong classroom management abilities to maintain a productive environment. Effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive camper/ student interactions. Understanding of childhood development principles to support growth. Dance Martial Arts Parkour Soccer Basketball Flag-Football Dodgeball P.E. Type Games & Activities Arts & Crafts Music STEM Projects K-5th Grade Educational Activities Our motto is "We are the BEST!" - We require you to commit to either shift: AM 7:30am-1pm or PM 12:45pm-6:15pm until August 7th.
- Starting After School Programming August 12th.
- Must have a clean criminal background and pass a level 3 background screening.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, and out going for success! :)
- Must love working with children
- Must have reliable personal transportation to get to our Rogers Arkansas location. 6361 S. Oldridge Place, Unit 102, Rogers, Arkansas, 72758
- Must own a smartphone for regular text/phone communication.
