Soccer Coaches - Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer, Cave Creek, Arizona Phoenix Rising FC Youth Soccer is hiring 2+ accomplished soccer coaches to join our part-time coaching team!   • Experience coaching 11v11 game formats

Responsibilities Implement training programs for youth soccer players to enhance their skills and teamwork. Conduct practice sessions, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical fitness. Assess player performance and provide written and verbal feedback to foster improvement. Ensure a safe and supportive environment during training and matches. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss player progress and goals. Hiring Process Step 1: Express your interest by applying. Step 2: Participate in a brief call with the Club Director.
