To Be Determined Job Description Seton Catholic Preparatory High School accepting applications for the Wrestling Head Coach position. We are excited to identify a strong leader who will continue to build on the tradition of our program while developing student-athletes in alignment with Seton Catholic's mission and core values. Responsibilities include: Plan and lead practices, open mat time, conditioning, and match-day preparation. Coach and develop student-athletes in strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship Oversee season planning, scheduling, and program communication Maintain team discipline and uphold school and athletic department policies Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and school administration Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of student-athletes at all activities Drive team on Seton activity busses. (Requires online training, MVD background and onsite vehicle orientation.)

Qualifications:

Prior wrestling coaching experience Strong knowledge of wrestling fundamentals, training principles, and development Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to the academic, personal, and spiritual growth of student-athletes Ability to support and represent the mission of Seton Catholic Preparatory Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) Interested candidates should email Athletic Director Jim Shewbridge at jshewbridge@setoncatholic.org with a brief letter of interest and coaching resume.
