Job Description

Justice University, a private Christian institution in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Men's Basketball Coach to lead and develop our collegiate basketball program.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop student-athletes who align with the mission and values of Justice University. Plan and lead practices, conditioning programs, and game strategies. Schedule and coordinate team practices, competitions, and travel. Ensure compliance with university, conference, and NCCAA. Support student-athletes in their academic and personal development.
Qualifications:
Previous coaching experience in basketball (collegiate or high school level preferred). Strong knowledge of technical skills, strategies, and player development. Ability to recruit and retain student-athletes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to upholding Christian values and integrating faith into coaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
Collegiate playing or coaching experience. Familiarity with NAIA or NCCAA regulations. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Job Type & Compensation:
