We are looking for a leader who will develop student-athletes and build a strong program in alignment with the school's mission and athletic values. Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cheer Coach and inspire athletes to reach their fullest potential through energetic, engaging, and positive coaching. In this role, you will lead cheerleading teams in developing technical skills, fostering teamwork, and building confidence. Your enthusiasm and leadership will motivate participants of all ages to excel both on and off the mat, creating a fun and supportive environment that promotes physical activity, discipline, and camaraderie. Responsibilities Plan and lead practices and game-day preparation Coach and develop student-athletes in skill, strategy, and sportsmanship Oversee season planning, scheduling, and communication Maintain team discipline and uphold school policies Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and administration Ensure safety and supervision at all activities

Qualifications :

Prior coaching experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of Cheer training principles and player development Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to the academic and personal growth of student-athletes Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) We have Junior High Science job opening as well.
