Responsibilities Deliver structured swim lessons for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced Teach essential water safety skills Instruct swimmers of all ages with patience and adaptability Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback to improve technique and confidence Monitor participant progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs Qualifications Personal experience in swimming or related water activities, with a passion for teaching Knowledge of all four competitive swimming strokes Enthusiasm for working with children and families Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse learners Availability to work flexible shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and
