Every. Single. Session. D1 Training Val Vista is a top 10 D1 facility nationally. We train youth athletes ages 7 to 18 in speed, agility, and strength. Our athletes show up to get better, and they need a coach who matches that intensity. This role is part coach, part closer. You'll train athletes AND help grow the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead group training sessions for youth athletes (ages 7 to 18) Coach speed, agility, and sport specific movement mechanics Run 1 on 1 and small group sessions focused on athletic development Build real relationships with athletes and parents Help convert leads and prospects into members through consultations and VIP workouts Bring game day energy to every workout, every rep, every day
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Football background (played at a high level, coached it, or both) Experience coaching youth speed and agility training Sales experience or a natural closer who can connect with parents and sell the program High energy, loud, competitive, the kind of coach kids run through a wall for Strong character and coachable attitude Someone who gets that coaching is about developing people, not just running drills
Qualifications:
Associate Degree 1+ year of coaching Believes they can be the best coach on staff Knowledge of strength & conditioning Ability to program for clients Positive and energetic personality with a "can do" attitude
