3 (or Higher). The ideal candidate is confident in leading classes and knows how to safely spot, give corrections, and has at least 1
2 years of experience coaching independently Job Responsibilities Independently Lead Structured Gymnastics classes for USAG Level 2-3(or Higher) Safely Spot and Assist Athletes during Skill Progression Provide hands on corrections to improve technique, strength, flexibility and performance Requirements Strong Knowledge of USAG Levels 2-3(or Higher) Skills Minimum 1-2 years of Experience Coaching Independently Ability to Lift and Physically Spot Athletes (100lbs+)
