Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Boxing Instructor, where you will inspire and empower individuals of all ages to achieve their fitness goals through the art of boxing. This energetic role involves leading engaging training sessions, teaching proper boxing techniques, and fostering a motivating environment that encourages progress and confidence. As a vital part of our health club or sports facility, you will promote healthy lifestyles, develop personalized training plans, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Duties Lead structured boxing classes for diverse age groups and skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed. Develop customized training programs that align with each participant's fitness goals and physical capabilities. Demonstrate boxing skills, including stance, punches, footwork, and defensive maneuvers, while providing clear instruction and feedback. Monitor participants' progress, provide encouragement, and manage behavior to maintain a positive class environment. Enforce safety guidelines, including proper use of equipment and injury prevention measures. Skills Proven experience in boxing instruction or coaching in a health club, gym, or sports setting. Background in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with students of various ages. Strong skills in behavior management to motivate participants and foster a respectful environment. Ability to teach and demonstrate techniques clearly while adapting to individual needs.

Pay:

$15.15 - $25.00 per hour
