Minimum Requirements:

High School Teaching certification preferred(not required) Baskeball Coaching experience preferred Assist in maintaining high academic standards for all student/athletes Completion or current enrollment in a CPR and First Aid training course Desire and ability to work with students, staff, and parents Ability and willingness to follow instructions Ability to serve as a positive role model for students Knowledge of basketball team practice organization, substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport, and safety as it applies to coaching basketball Must obtain a level one fingerprint card with IVP# at time of employment (District Office) Other qualifications as determined by the administrator The position will require after school commitments for practice and game supervision.
