In this vibrant role, you will lead cheerleading teams through engaging practices, develop routines that showcase teamwork and creativity, and foster a positive environment that encourages confidence and sportsmanship. Your enthusiasm will motivate young athletes to reach their full potential while promoting physical fitness, discipline, and fun. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in a lively, supportive setting dedicated to youth development and athletic excellence. Design and teach cheerleading routines that emphasize teamwork, coordination, and performance skills Lead energetic practices focused on building strength, flexibility, and stunt techniques Promote safety protocols during all activities to prevent injuries and ensure proper behavior management Foster a positive team environment that encourages sportsmanship, confidence, and resilience Organize team events, competitions, and performances to showcase skills and boost morale Provide mentorship and guidance to help athletes develop leadership qualities and self-esteem Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, communicate progress, and support overall program goals Previous experience in cheerleading coaching or performing at a competitive level Strong background in sports coaching, teaching, or physical education Knowledge of cheerleading stunts, routines, and safety practices Experience with child development, childcare or working with youth populations Skills in behavior management to motivate athletes positively and maintain discipline Additional expertise in related areas such as gymnastics, dance, is a plus Ability to demonstrate leadership in high-energy environments while fostering teamwork and inclusivity Must be available for Tuesdays and Fridays between 4 to 6 Must be committed for the cheer season and attend all cheer competitions Must have prior all-Star cheerleading/ coaching experience Embark on an exciting journey where your passion for cheerleading transforms into inspiring leadership!
