hours include a combination of:
consistent weekly shifts (including current front desk coverage needs) additional shifts based on scheduling, events, and shop demand •schedule may evolve based on business needs, performance, and team structure. compensation & perks $17/hour starting pay performance-based growth over time monthly membership bonuses google review bonuses paid time off 50% off skoah. products free monthly facial ongoing training & development core responsibilities manage bookings, check-in/check-out, and overall front desk flow create a welcoming, elevated kustomer experience support kustomers with scheduling, questions, and product guidance promote memberships, rebooking, and retail at checkout maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and readiness support service providers by keeping the day on time and efficient assist with events, outreach, and in-shop initiatives experience, skills & expectations you are comfortable working with systems and technology, including: booking and POS systems (mindbody or similar) google workspace (docs, sheets, calendar, gmail) texting and communication platforms event and booking tools (eventbrite, classpass, go high level) basic content tools (adobe express or similar) you are confident in: typing, texting, and phone communication managing multiple tasks at once while staying organized navigating both apple and android devices you are also comfortable: supporting social media platforms (instagram, facebook, tiktok) learning through digital training platforms (edx or similar) participating in local outreach, events, and community engagement work style & expectations able to open and/or close the shop independently able to lead the flow of the front desk during busy periods comfortable working both independently and as part of a team proactive in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and daily standards able to support both kustomers and team members with clarity and professionalism physical requirements ability to stand for extended periods of time ability to move throughout the shop consistently during shifts ability to lift and move 25 lbs or more as needed who this is for this role is best suited for someone who: is naturally organized and detail-oriented enjoys working with people and creating strong first impressions thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment takes initiative and ownership in their role is motivated by growth, consistency, and performancePay:
