Anthem Prep is Now Hiring! High School Freshman Volleyball Coach Available for summer workouts Fall Season 8/ 6- 10/31 $1800-$2500 based on experience. Middle School Girl's Volleyball Coach Saturday commitments 3 -4 days a week for practice $1500-$1800 based on experience.

Position Overview:

Anthem Prep is seeking a passionate and dedicated Volleyball Coaches to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess an understanding of the game of volleyball, coupled with the ability to inspire and mentor young athletes. As a Girl's Volleyball Coach for middle school or high school, you will play a pivotal role in fostering teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship among our student-athletes.

Responsibilities:

Team Development:

Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, strategy, and teamwork suitable for middle school athletes.

Training and Instruction:

Provide fundamental instruction in volleyball techniques, including serving, passing, setting, hitting, and basic game strategies.

Game Coaching:

Lead and coach the team during scheduled games, focusing on player development, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit.

Player Mentoring:

Mentor and motivate players to foster a positive team environment, encourage sportsmanship, and promote a passion for the sport.

Communication:

Maintain open and clear communication with players, parents, and school administration regarding practice schedules, games, and any program updates.

Commitment:

Attend and actively participate in all scheduled practices, games, and team meetings. Availability required from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM on two weekdays.

Player Safety:

Ensure the safety and well-being of players during all team activities, following established safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous coaching experience in volleyball, particularly at the middle school or youth level, is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies suitable for beginner-level players. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes. Availability to commit to the coaching schedule and attend all practices, games, and team events. Ability to work collaboratively with assistant coaches, parents, and school staff to support the overall development of student-athletes.
