About Us Kidokinetics is a youth sports and fitness enrichment company that helps children ages 1-10 build confidence, coordination, and a love of movement through fun, non-competitive sports programs. We partner with preschools, daycares, elementary schools, and community organizations throughout the Phoenix area to bring engaging sports experiences directly to children. We're growing quickly and looking for a future leader who wants more than just a coaching job. About the Role This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role. You'll start as our Lead Coach, delivering high-quality classes and building relationships with schools, children, and families. Over time, you'll take on scheduling, recruiting, training, operations, and program management responsibilities as you develop into an Assistant Director. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in youth sports, education, coaching, business operations, or entrepreneurship. What You'll Do Coaching & Program Delivery Lead sports and fitness classes for children ages 1-10 Create a positive, energetic learning environment Travel between partner schools and program locations (100+ miles/week) Set up and maintain sports equipment Build strong relationships with school directors and staff Leadership & Operations Assist with scheduling and program coordination Help onboard and train new coaches Support recruiting and hiring efforts Conduct quality assurance visits at program locations Assist with special events, demo classes, and community outreach Growth Opportunities As the company grows, this role may expand into: Staff supervision Program management School relationship management Recruiting and hiring Territory operations Assistant Director responsibilities Qualifications Required Experience working with children Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to lift and transport sports equipment High energy and positive attitude Ability to pass a background check Preferred Coaching experience Teaching experience Early childhood education experience Sports, fitness, recreation, or kinesiology background Leadership or management experience What We're Looking For The right person is: Dependable and professional Great with young children Comfortable leading groups Organized and proactive Interested in growing into a leadership position Excited about helping build a growing local business Why Join Kidokinetics? $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
