The role would involve planning and delivering structured basketball skills and drills sessions and would focus on player development, fundamentals, teamwork, and overall athlete engagement in a positive and supportive environment. You will be responsible for… Plan and lead organized basketball practices focused on skills, drills, and fundamentals Teach proper techniques including shooting, passing, dribbling, footwork, and defense Create engaging drills that promote skill development, conditioning, and teamwork Supervise participants to ensure a safe and respectful environment Encourage sportsmanship, discipline, and positive player behavior Communicate effectively with players, parents, and program staff Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment as needed What skills & experience you'll bring to us Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience coaching basketball or leading structured sports drills (youth or adult) Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and skill development Ability to motivate and engage players of varying skill levels Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, organized, and punctual CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Want to apply?
