- We are seeking passionate Coach to join our team and lead our sports teams to wins. If you have a love for Volleyball and enjoy teaching others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance players' skills and performance
- Plan and conduct practice sessions focusing on techniques, strategies, and teamwork
- Provide constructive feedback to players to support their growth and development
- Attend and supervise all team practices and games.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes sportsmanship and camaraderie
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE A PARAPROFESIONAL CERTIFICATE FROM A SCHOOL DISTRICT
~OR~ 48 COLLEGECREDITS TO APPLY!
- Previous experience as a Coach or athlete with a strong understanding of the game
- Knowledge of general rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate players
- Ability to demonstrate and teach fundamental skills
- Experience in other sports such as basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, or track and field is a plus and provides opportunities for year-round work for different sports seasons.
- Strong ability to educate players on proper techniques while managing behavior effectively Join us in shaping the next generation of athletes at our school and help players in fostering a love for the game!
Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal Pay:
$17.00- $18.
