As a relatively new CIF-sanctioned sport, we are looking for a coach who is passionate about student-athlete development, fundamental skill-building, and fostering a culture of empowerment and sportsmanship.   • Experience:
    Previous coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or elite club level (Flag or Tackle Football preferred).
  • Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of flag football rules, safety protocols, and training methods.
  • Certifications:
    (Must be active or obtainable before the start of the season)
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
  • NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching certificate.
  • Concussion in Sports & Heat Illness Prevention certifications.
  • Mandated Reporter training.
  • Clearances:
    Valid TB Clearance and DOJ/FBI Fingerprint Clearance.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to mentor young women and build confidence through sport.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of student-athletes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Resume detailing coaching and/or playing experience.
  • Letter of Introduction outlining your coaching philosophy and vision for the program.
  • Two (2) Letters of Recommendation (within the last two years).
  • Copies of required certifications (if already held).
  • Interested candidates must submit a complete application via EdJoin.
