LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY!

Vernon Lee Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic Recreational Coach to oversee and teach classes that have waiting lists. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a program in the heart of Burbank! If you have gymnastics experience or are well versed in coaching, then we pay for your experience!

Duties:

• Plan and deliver gymnastics lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
• Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills
• Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
• Develop lesson plans that are engaging, challenging, and age-appropriate
• Monitor student progress and track their development over time
• Implement behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and focus during classes

Experience:

• Previous experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity is preferred
• Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and safety protocols is a plus
• Familiarity with other sports or disciplines such as swimming, martial arts, cheerleading, judo, karate, etc. is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate students
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards working with children
