We are excited to invite a talented and passionate Gymnastics Pre-Team Coach to join our dynamic team! This is an incredible opportunity to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels, guiding them to develop their gymnastics abilities and achieve their goals. We welcome individuals with a strong background in gymnastics or related sports, a love for teaching, and a genuine passion for mentoring.
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with athletes. Experience in gymnastics (coaching or competing) A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow as a coach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A dedication to creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for athletes of all skill levels.Responsibilities:
Teach and mentor gymnasts, focusing on skill development, proper techniques, and confidence building. Design and implement lesson plans tailored to various age groups and abilities.
