- Interested in a side-hustle? Are you passionate about working in sports with kids? NCSA is seeking a former high school-level (or higher) Flag Football player to oversee Private Lessons, Semi-Private Lessons, Clinics, Camps, Birthdays, & After School as well as help grow our Flag Football Program. Potential to become Head of Flag Football Program. Experience working with, coaching, training, &/or teaching children is highly preferred. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. Most Private Lessons will take place Monday-Friday, anytime between 2-7pm in the Carlsbad area. Must live in North County. Must be 18+ years old. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and cover the associated cost. Must be able to have a headshot taken in Vista within 2 weeks of being hired.
