Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team at our martial arts/boxing/fitness facility to teach set time cardio boxing classes 3-4 times per week. The ideal candidate would also be available to take on personal training clients within the facility. Duties Lead engaging group fitness cardio boxing classes. Available for personal training sessions. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages member participation and community building. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym or studio space, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards to enhance class offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in group fitness instruction or personal training within a gym or health club setting. Certification in personal training. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. A commitment to promoting health and wellness within the community.
