He is bright, structured, and motivated to become more independent. This is a long term part time position for someone who values consistency and respectful communication. What You Will Help With Building communication and self advocacy skills Money management and budgeting Community confidence such as going to a park or store Daily living skills and independence Time management and decision making Who We Are Looking For Calm and patient personality Clear and step by step communication style Comfortable working at a slower pace Comfortable with family involvement Reliable and consistent Important Tone of voice matters No yelling or harsh communication Sessions should be structured and predictable Requirements Experience working with autistic or neurodivergent adults preferred Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States If you are patient, structured, and looking for meaningful part time work, we would love to hear from you.
