Coaches must be able to manage a group of kids, lead drills and games, teach fundamentals, and create a positive learning experience for players of all skill levels.

Coed Responsibilities:

Lead flag football practices and games Teach basic football skills and teamwork Keep players engaged with high energy and positive coaching Manage group organization and safety Communicate professionally with staff and parents

Requirements:

Prior coaching experience working with kids Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and energetic personality Please do not apply if you do not have coaching experience.

Pay:

$20.00
