This is not a standard gymnastics program. We are focused on developing high-level athletes while prioritizing the complete athlete, technical excellence, mindset, discipline, and long-term growth in and out of the gym. We are seeking a high-level Women's Team Coach with proven experience in Optional levels (6-10) and/or Elite development who wants to be part of building a serious, athlete-centered program.
The Role:
You will play a key role in developing competitive athletes, not just running workouts. This includes skill progression, routine development, meet preparation, and contributing to a culture of accountability, discipline, and growth. This is a position for a coach who takes pride in developing athletes the right way and wants to be part of something being built at a high level.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience coaching women's competitive gymnastics , specifically optionals (6-10) and/or elite athletes Strong understanding of technical development, progressions, and routine construction Experience preparing athletes for state, regional, and higher-level competition High standards, strong leadership, and clear communication A coaching style that balances discipline, care, and athlete development Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to long-term growth
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time or full-time depending on fit Competitive pay based on experience and level coached If you're serious about coaching at a high level and want to be part of building something meaningful, we want to hear from you.
