F45 Coaches play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for health and fitness along with the skills of movement quality, motivation boosting, organized multi-tasking, and brings contagious uplifting energy to our studio. Requirements:

Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class Collaborate with Manager on daily, weekly and monthly goals Perform studio tours and sign up new members Ensure that all members are getting personalized coaching during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged Able to perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed Create a clean, organized, energetic, fun atmosphere Applicants must be PT or GFI certified Applicants must be CPR/AED certified 1 year minimum of group training experience preferred but not required
