Teaching Full Job Description High School Varsity Girls Volleyball Head Coach Job Type:
Part-Time, Seasonal Stipend Position Position Summary Fremont Christian School partners with families to provide students with an extraordinary education and genuine encounters with Jesus Christ within a community of compassion. As an extension of the school's mission, the athletic program seeks to develop student-athletes with a sound mind, sound body, sound spirit, and a strong sense of community. The Fremont Christian School Head Coach serves as a mentor, role model, and leader for student-athletes. Coaches are expected to uphold the mission and values of Fremont Christian School while fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Essential Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of the program. Plan and conduct organized, purposeful practices and competitions. Teach sport-specific skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and character development. Foster a positive team culture that promotes accountability, commitment, and personal growth. Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and team activities. Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, assistant coaches, and the Athletic Director. Support the academic success and overall well-being of student-athletes. Ensure compliance with all school, league, and CIF policies and procedures. Represent Fremont Christian School with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Supports and upholds the mission, values, and Christian philosophy of Fremont Christian School. Demonstrates character, integrity, and professionalism consistent with a Christian school environment. Previous coaching and/or playing experience in the sport preferred. Ability to teach, motivate, and mentor high school student-athletes. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Completion of all required coaching certifications, clearances, and training.
Compensation Seasonal stipend:
$4,500
Pay:
$4,500.00 per year
