Job Summary Job Summary This posting is for three positions, with work locations at either Crescenta Valley High School, Glendale High School, or Hoover High School Under the direction of the site principal or designee, the High School Athletic Coordinator oversees and manages the school's athletic program, ensuring compliance with all applicable district, league, and California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) rules and regulations. The Athletic Coordinator supervises athletic operations, coordinates facilities use, supports student activities and athletic events, and serves as a liaison between administration, coaches, students, families, and community organizations. This position requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends, to attend athletic practices, contests, and school activities. The Athletic Coordinator is a management position and may not serve as a coach while holding this assignment. •

Credential:
Valid California Administrative Services credential
Note:
If the candidate has not successfully completed an Administrative Services Credential, the candidate, if selected, will be required to complete their Administrative Services Credential within two school years, and no later than the completion of the 2028-2029 school year.
Experience:
Five years of successful teaching or counseling experience. At least three years of successful varsity head coaching experience at the high school level.
