British Swim School's fun and gentle teaching methods focus on water safety, stroke development, and building confidence for all ages starting from 3 months old. Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Swim Instructors to inspire confidence and foster a love for swimming in our students. In this role, you will deliver engaging swimming lessons tailored to individual skill levels, promote water safety awareness, and create a positive learning environment. If you are passionate about teaching, sports coaching, or martial arts, and enjoy working with children and students of all ages, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Duties Lead swimming lessons for children and adults, focusing on water safety, stroke technique, and physical fitness. Develop customized lesson plans that cater to diverse skill levels and learning styles. Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and safety protocols clearly and effectively. Monitor students' progress closely, providing constructive feedback and encouragement. Enforce behavior management strategies to maintain a safe, respectful, and fun environment. Assist with water safety drills, rescue procedures, and emergency response when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of classes and uphold facility standards. Experience Prior lifeguard experience or certification is highly preferred. Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education is advantageous. Experience in martial arts such as Karate, Judo, or Climbing can enhance instructional versatility. Proven ability to work with children or students in educational or recreational settings. Strong skills in behavior management and creating engaging lesson experiences. Knowledge of swimming techniques, water safety practices, and rescue procedures. Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
