EL TORO HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY WRESTLING COACH
Coaching Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to direct all phases and levels of the wrestling program. The candidate will teach athletes to perform sound, safe, fundamental techniques of wrestling. Additional duties will be to facilitate a booster club, provide off-season conditioning, and maintain a high degree of professional standards. The El Toro athletic community maintains high expectations and is highly supportive of athletes.
Professional Minimum Qualification:
Evidence of successful varsity coaching experience at the high school, community college, or college/university level (references are required) Experience of technical knowledge of varsity wrestling Ability to communicate wrestling fundamentals using a variety of coaching techniques Experience in working with a booster club or other athletic support group Experience in working with and promoting a positive wrestling program to the community Knowledge of CIF rules, high school athletic policies and all school rules and regulations Evidence of knowledge of coaching theory and child psychology

Personal conduct emphasizes qualities of loyalty, honesty, ethics, integrity and sportsmanship Demonstrates a positive role model for staff and students.
