Moorpark High School Cross Country Coach

Under the direction of the Moorpark High School Principal in conjunction with the MHS Athletic Director, the Moorpark High School Head Cross Country Coach is responsible for coaching student-athletes in training techniques, endurance strategies, and race preparation to support their athletic development and competitive success. The Head Cross Country Coach oversees all aspects of the Cross Country program, fostering a positive and inclusive environment that promotes personal growth, teamwork, and a strong work ethic among student-athletes. The coach is expected to lead by example, demonstrating integrity, sportsmanship, and a commitment to the personal and athletic growth of each student. The program shall be conducted in alignment with the District's mission, vision, and values—supporting the holistic development of students and reflecting the District's dedication to academic achievement, character education, and equity for all.
