The ideal candidate will report directly to our Head Varsity Coach and has: 1. Previous playing and/or coaching experience at the High School or Collegiate level 2. The ability to teach basic fundamental tennis skills and strategies to enhance player performance 3. The ability to create an atmosphere that focuses on hard work and accountability 4. Retain and prepare their players for the Varsity level
