This is an on-site role with both in-person and online program-writing responsibilities. About Us Catalyst is San Diego's clinic for athletes and active people who want results. We are the official massage providers for San Diego Wave FC and support several local professional organizations. Our team includes physical therapists, athletic trainers, massage therapists, strength coaches, and performance coaches who work closely together on integrated client care. If you want to grow alongside experienced clinicians rather than work on your own, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Design and deliver individualized strength and conditioning programs for athletes and active adults, both in person and online Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other coaches on integrated, return-to-performance plans Use technology and assessment tools to track progress and refine programming Hold clients accountable to their goals through consistent check-ins and progression Educate clients on training with purpose, long-term health, and longevity Contribute to client-facing education and marketing that communicates the value of structured training Maintain clear, accurate documentation within a membership-based care model Required Qualifications Nationally recognized certification such as CSCS (NSCA), NASM/ACE CPT, or equivalent Experience writing and progressing strength and conditioning programs Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in collaborative, team-based care Preferred Qualifications CSCS (NSCA) or a degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field Experience with online or hybrid coaching and program-writing platforms Interest or background in longevity, healthspan, and working alongside rehab professionals Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus bonus opportunities 401(k) with matching (full-time) Paid time off and paid sick time Paid training and ongoing continuing education support Employee discounts, and wellness program Opportunities for advancement — we promote from within How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
