• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and teaching others the skills needed to become confident swimmers.

• Responsibilities:

• Provide swim lessons to individuals or groups of varying ages and skill levels
• Create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to each swimmer's abilities
• Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the pool area
• Teach proper swimming techniques, water safety, and rescue skills
• Monitor swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Maintain a clean and organized pool environment

• Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Swim Instructor or lifeguard is preferred
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding
• Strong swimming skills with the ability to teach various strokes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting for pool maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance procedures is a plus
• Experience in guest services is beneficial
