Rising Stars Development League offers youth sports programs designed to teach kids ages 3-6 the fundamentals of baseball and T-Ball in a fun, supportive environment.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced T-Ball coach to lead classes of 10-12 kids on Saturday or Sunday mornings . This role requires someone with energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead fun, structured activities . You'll design and run development drills, lead scrimmages, and manage a full class of young athletes.

Responsibilities:

Lead T-Ball classes for 5-week sessions, with the expectation to complete the full season. Teach baseball fundamentals through engaging, age-appropriate drills. Manage and supervise 10-12 children in an active class environment. Keep kids engaged, motivated, and having fun. Think quickly and adapt drills on the spot as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience coaching or working with young children in sports programs. Available Saturday or Sunday mornings . Reliable transportation to class locations. Energetic, vocal , and able to lead groups of kids effectively . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Committed to completing the full 5-week season.
