Job Description
Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring an Advanced Youth Baseball Coach in San Francisco, CA to lead instruction for our older camper division (ages 10-14) . This role is designed for experienced coaches who are confident teaching higher-level baseball skills, managing groups of pre-teen athletes, and delivering structured, competitive instruction. You will be responsible for maintaining a focused, disciplined environment while helping players elevate their game. Key Responsibilities Lead advanced drills focused on mechanics, situational play, and game awareness Instruct campers ages 10-14 in a structured, skill-driven environment Manage group dynamics and maintain accountability among players Provide clear, direct coaching feedback Execute Giants Camps curriculum with consistency Ideal Background High school, travel, or collegiate coaching experience preferred Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals and strategy Experience working with older youth athletes Professional, dependable, and confident leader Schedule San Francisco sessions: June 15-19 July 27-31 Be able to commit to one or both of the above weeks Monday-Friday | ~8 hours/day Compensation $25/hour
