• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Gymnastics Director to lead our dynamic early childhood program.

In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee engaging gymnastics activities tailored specifically for preschool-aged children. Your leadership will inspire young learners to develop motor skills, confidence, and a love for physical activity in a safe and nurturing environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your expertise in sports coaching, teaching, and child development to create memorable experiences that promote healthy growth and fun. Responsibilities Develop age-appropriate gymnastics curricula that foster physical development, coordination, and confidence among preschool children Lead engaging group classes, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed at all times Manage daily class schedules, coordinate with staff, and ensure smooth operation of the preschool gymnastics program Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regularly Train and supervise assistant instructors and coaches to maintain high-quality instruction and behavior management standards Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health club and gym safety regulations, including proper equipment use and sanitation procedures Organize special events or themed classes to enhance the preschool experience and encourage community involvement Experience Proven experience working with young children in a teaching or coaching capacity, preferably within a gym or health club setting background in sports coaching, physical education, or childcare with demonstrated ability to manage behavior effectively Prior experience in teaching physical education or working with students in a structured environment is preferred Ability to lead classes confidently while maintaining a lively, positive atmosphere that motivates young children Join us as our Preschool Gymnastics Director and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to inspiring children through movement!
