Swim Instructor

## Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with young children, swim experience, or related fields and possess strong communication skills to teach students of all ages and skill levels. ## Duties

• Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups following established curriculum
• Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area
• Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their swimming techniques
• Develop lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of each student
• Maintain a clean and organized pool environment ## Experience
• Previous experience working with students in a teaching or coaching capacity
• Lifeguard certification is a plus
• Familiarity with health clubs, gyms, or related facilities
• Pay rate is determined by experience with swim instruction.
• Knowledge of basic swim strokes and water safety
