Lead and inspire our student-athletes on and off the field. This role involves fostering teamwork, and promoting sportsmanship while ensuring the safety and well-being of all players. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for football, strong leadership skills, and experience working with youth in a competitive environment. As a Varsity Football Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping student-athletes' athletic skills, character, and personal growth through engaging coaching methods and positive mentorship. Responsibilities Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players and staff. Monitor player safety by enforcing proper techniques, conducting injury prevention protocols, and responding appropriately to emergencies. Lead team practices, organize drills, and motivate players to achieve their personal best while maintaining high levels of enthusiasm. Promote character development by instilling values such as teamwork, perseverance, and integrity both on the field and in daily life. Experience Proven experience coaching football at the varsity or comparable level with demonstrated success in player development and game strategy. Experience working with students in educational or extracurricular settings that require patience, leadership, and effective communication skills.
