Job Description

About Us SafeSplash Swim School is part of a nationwide leader in swim instruction, dedicated to teaching water safety and swim skills in a fun, safe environment. We're Hiring! We are looking for energetic and reliable Swim Instructors to join our Santa Monica team immediately. Schedule & Shift Times (Must be able to work all days below)
Monday:
3:00 PM•8:00
PM Tuesday:
3:00 PM•8:00
PM Wednesday:
3:00 PM•8:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM•4:00
PM Sunday:
9:00 AM•4:00 PM Responsibilities Teach swim lessons to children and/or adults following the SafeSplash curriculum Ensure a safe, fun, and positive class environment Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility Qualifications Must enjoy working with children and families Prior swim instruction, lifeguard, or swim team experience is a plus (we provide training) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work all listed days and shift times Must pass a background check and complete required training Pay Competitive hourly rate: $19•23/hour , based on experience Paid training and certification provided Opportunities for advancement
