Youth Evolution Basketball & Soccer is looking for energetic, responsible, and positive Youth Sports Coaches to help lead our basketball, soccer, and multi-sport camp programs . We offer youth classes, clinics, events, and summer camps in multiple locations , including basketball camps, soccer camps, and multi-sport camps. This is a great opportunity for coaches who enjoy working with kids, love sports, and want flexible part-time hours. About the Role As a Youth Sports Coach, you will help create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where children can learn sports fundamentals, build confidence, and enjoy being active. Coaches will lead age-appropriate activities, teach basic skills, promote teamwork, and make sure every child stays engaged and included. Multi-sport camp coaches may help lead a variety of activities and games designed to keep kids active, learning, and having fun. Mandatory staff training will be provided before programs begin and may include on-field training and/or Zoom training. Programs We Offer Basketball classes and camps Soccer classes and camps Multi-sport summer camps Youth clinics and events Positions Available Head Coaches Assistant Coaches Event Coaches Substitute Coaches Summer Camp Coaches Multi-Sport Camp Coaches Responsibilities Lead fun and safe basketball, soccer, and multi-sport activities Teach basic sports skills and fundamentals Encourage teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship Keep children engaged and active during class or camp Set up, organize, and maintain equipment Communicate professionally with parents and staff Help create a positive and uplifting experience for all participants Ensure participant safety at all times Requirements Current high school student, high school diploma, or GED preferred Experience working with children is a plus Basic knowledge of basketball, soccer, or general sports preferred Willingness to learn and be trained Positive attitude and strong communication skills Patient, reliable, and responsible Reliable transportation Must be available for some weekday afternoons and/or weekends Willingness to travel to different program locations is preferred Schedule This is a flexible part-time position with opportunities during: Weekday afternoons Saturday mornings Weekends as needed Seasonal summer camps Basketball, soccer, and multi-sport camp programs Additional programs based on location and availability Part-time hours typically range from 5-15 hours per week , with additional opportunities available during summer camps and special events.
