$20- $35 per hour based on experience About Hotshots Academy Hotshots Academy is an international youth soccer organization focused on developing players both on and off the field.
Our philosophy is simple:
Develop the person. Build the player. What You'll Do Lead fun, engaging soccer training sessions and games Coach players of all skill levels in a positive environment Help build players' confidence, teamwork, and communication skills Support daily camp activities and operations Create a safe, professional, and high-energy atmosphere What We're Looking For Experience coaching soccer or working with youth athletes Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and reliable work ethic Ability to work outdoors in an active camp environment Passion for youth development through sports Preferred Experience Coaching licenses/certifications (US Soccer, UEFA, FA, etc.) Experience with youth camps, clubs, schools, or recreational programs CPR/First Aid certification Experience playing soccer competitively is a plus Fingerprint Clearance Why Join Hotshots Academy?
