Private Swim Instructor Luxury Private Lessons (Part-Time / Flexible)

Join the 805 LifeGuard team as a Private Swim Instructor ! We are hiring experienced, patient, and enthusiastic Private Swim Instructors for one-on-one and small-group swim lessons in beautiful private home pools and exclusive community facilities throughout the greater Conejo Valley, Ventura County, and surrounding areas including Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Newbury Park, Calabasas, Malibu, Ventura, and Ojai.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized, high-quality swim lessons tailored to each client's age, skill level, and goals Teach proper swimming techniques, water safety, and confidence-building skills Create engaging and progressive lesson plans Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and safety at every session

Qualifications:

2+ years of swim instruction or coaching experience (private lesson experience preferred) Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain•we offer certification support!) Strong swimming ability and comfort teaching all ages and abilities Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
