Combining first-class training, camps, club travel teams, and recreational leagues. 310 Sports Academy offers everything your child needs to become a better volleyball player, and a well-rounded athlete. At 310 Sports Academy we focus on the whole child development, beyond the sport. 310 Sports Academy is looking for experienced & energetic individuals to help within our different volleyball programs (camps, clinics, leagues, and club teams). In this position, you will work with our athletes to help improve their skills and performance. This may involve running drills, leading conditioning exercises, or providing instruction.

Job responsibilities:

Run and/or assist in practices and tournaments for our volleyball programs Take attendance of players Work with kids ages 8-18 Set goals for each weeks' practice session Demonstrate proper volleyball technique and fundamentals Make our volleyball programs a fun and engaging environment for players

Time Commitment:

These positions are part-time with a flexible schedule. Hours are based on the individuals' availability. Shifts are typically scheduled

Work Location:

Practices are held at El Camino College in Torrance, CA Tournament locations will vary

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

Must be at least 18 years of age 1-4 years of Volleyball playing experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level Possesses an understanding of fundamental skills and rules of volleyball Volleyball Coaching experience is helpful, but not required for assistant coaches. Previous coaching experience is required for Head Coaches. Experience working with youth (4th-12th grade) is helpful, but not required Must have reliable transportation Enthusiastic Reliable Team-Player Compensation is dependent on experience/responsibilities and length of season/commitment Starting pay is 20/hr and goes up from there depending on experience
